2. Qué hacemos y qué no
cercan pone en contacto a hogares particulares con profesionales de la limpieza por cuenta propia. No somos una empresa de limpieza, no somos empleador y no gestionamos ningún pago entre las partes. El contrato de limpieza se celebra directamente entre el hogar y la profesional; cercan no es parte de ese contrato.
3. Hogares: 25 € una sola vez
El importe se debe cuando, tras la limpieza de prueba, se acuerda una cita posterior o se confirma por escrito la continuidad.
No se debe si no encontramos a nadie, si la prueba no llega a realizarse o si cualquiera de las partes se retira. En caso de duda, no cobramos. Pagado una vez, no hay ningún otro importe: cercan nunca cobra un porcentaje por hora.
4. Profesionales: 20 € al mes
Las primeras seis semanas son gratuitas. La cuota cubre únicamente la visibilidad del perfil y puede cancelarse en cualquier momento con efecto al mes siguiente. Por cada hogar presentado por cercan que decida continuar, se regala un mes de visibilidad. Si la cuota no se abona, el perfil deja de mostrarse; no hay reclamación de deuda. La profesional fija libremente su tarifa, sus municipios, su desplazamiento y sus mínimos. cercan no retiene ninguna parte de su remuneración.
5. Derecho de desistimiento
Como consumidor tiene derecho a desistir del contrato en un plazo de catorce días naturales sin indicar motivo, escribiendo a cercan@matelo.app
Ejecución inmediata. Al marcar la casilla correspondiente antes de enviar el formulario, solicita expresamente que cercan comience la prestación antes de que finalice el plazo de desistimiento y reconoce que perderá su derecho de desistimiento una vez que el servicio se haya ejecutado por completo, es decir, en el momento en que se le facilitan los datos de contacto de una profesional.
6. Responsabilidad
Los daños, retrasos, ausencias o desacuerdos se resuelven entre el hogar y la profesional. cercan no responde por la ejecución del trabajo ni por la conducta de ninguna de las partes. Comprobamos los datos que nos facilitan, pero no podemos garantizar su veracidad. Preguntamos a cada profesional si dispone de seguro de responsabilidad civil y mostramos su respuesta sin verificarla.
7. Situación laboral y fiscal
Preferimos profesionales dadas de alta como autónomas o en trámite. El alta en la Seguridad Social y las obligaciones fiscales corresponden a las partes, no a cercan.
8. Ley aplicable
Se aplica el derecho alemán. Ello no afecta a la protección que le otorgan las normas imperativas de consumo de su país de residencia. Plataforma europea de resolución de litigios: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

2. Was wir tun und was nicht
cercan bringt Privathaushalte und selbstständige Reinigungskräfte zusammen. Wir sind keine Putzfirma, kein Arbeitgeber und wickeln keine Zahlungen zwischen den Parteien ab. Der Reinigungsvertrag kommt unmittelbar zwischen Haushalt und Kraft zustande; cercan ist nicht Vertragspartei.
3. Haushalte: einmalig 25 €
Der Betrag wird fällig, wenn nach dem Probeputz ein Folgetermin vereinbart oder die Fortsetzung schriftlich bestätigt wird.
Er wird nicht fällig, wenn wir niemanden finden, der Probeputz nicht stattfindet oder eine Seite abspringt. Im Zweifel kassieren wir nicht. Nach der einmaligen Zahlung fällt nichts weiter an: cercan berechnet niemals einen Anteil pro Stunde.
4. Reinigungskräfte: 20 € im Monat
Die ersten sechs Wochen sind kostenlos. Die Gebühr deckt allein die Sichtbarkeit des Profils und ist jederzeit zum Folgemonat kündbar. Für jeden von cercan vermittelten Haushalt, der weitermacht, wird ein Monat Sichtbarkeit geschenkt. Wird die Gebühr nicht gezahlt, wird das Profil ausgeblendet; eine Forderung wird nicht geltend gemacht. Die Kraft legt Tarif, Gemeinden, Anfahrt und Mindestabnahmen selbst fest. cercan behält keinen Anteil ihrer Vergütung ein.
5. Widerrufsrecht
Als Verbraucher können Sie den Vertrag binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen, formlos an cercan@matelo.app
Sofortige Ausführung. Mit dem Setzen des entsprechenden Häkchens vor dem Absenden des Formulars verlangen Sie ausdrücklich, dass cercan vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist mit der Leistung beginnt, und bestätigen Ihre Kenntnis davon, dass Ihr Widerrufsrecht mit vollständiger Erbringung der Leistung erlischt — also in dem Moment, in dem Ihnen die Kontaktdaten einer Kraft übermittelt werden.
6. Haftung
Schäden, Verspätungen, Ausfälle und Unstimmigkeiten klären Haushalt und Kraft untereinander. cercan haftet weder für die Ausführung der Arbeit noch für das Verhalten einer der Parteien. Wir prüfen die uns übermittelten Angaben, können deren Richtigkeit aber nicht gewährleisten. Jede Kraft wird nach einer Haftpflichtversicherung gefragt; die Antwort wird ungeprüft wiedergegeben.
7. Anmeldung und Steuern
Wir bevorzugen Kräfte, die als autónoma angemeldet sind oder es gerade werden. Die Anmeldung bei der Sozialversicherung und die steuerlichen Pflichten liegen bei den Parteien, nicht bei cercan.
8. Anwendbares Recht

2. What we do and what we do not
cercan introduces private households to self-employed cleaners. We are not a cleaning company, not an employer, and we process no payments between the parties. The cleaning contract is concluded directly between the household and the cleaner; cercan is not a party to it.
3. Households: €25 once
The fee is due when, after the trial clean, a follow-up appointment is arranged or continuation is confirmed in writing.
It is not due if we find nobody, if the trial does not take place, or if either side withdraws. In case of doubt we do not charge. Once paid, nothing further is owed: cercan never charges a percentage per hour.
4. Cleaners: €20 a month
The first six weeks are free. The fee covers profile visibility only and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the following month. For every household introduced by cercan that decides to continue, one month of visibility is given free. If the fee is not paid, the profile is hidden; no debt is pursued. The cleaner sets her own rate, municipalities, travel and minimums. cercan retains no part of her pay.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons, informally to cercan@matelo.app
Immediate performance. By ticking the relevant box before submitting the form, you expressly request that cercan begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed — that is, at the moment the contact details of a cleaner are passed to you.
6. Liability
Damage, delays, no-shows and disagreements are settled between household and cleaner. cercan is liable neither for the performance of the work nor for the conduct of either party. We review the details given to us but cannot guarantee their accuracy. Every cleaner is asked about liability insurance; the answer is shown as given, unverified.
7. Registration and taxes
We prefer cleaners registered as self-employed or in the process of registering. Social security registration and tax obligations rest with the parties, not with cercan.
8. Governing law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. European dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

A través de los formularios: nombre, número de WhatsApp, isla, municipio y los datos sobre la necesidad o el perfil profesional (tarifa, horarios, desplazamiento, idiomas y, en su caso, NIF y dirección de facturación). Los usamos exclusivamente para buscar un encaje entre hogar y profesional y para facturar la cuota mensual.

A quién se comunican
Su nombre y su número de WhatsApp se comunican únicamente a la otra parte y únicamente en el momento de la presentación. No se ceden a terceros, no se venden y no se utilizan con fines publicitarios.

Conservación
